The location is great, near a train (monorail) station. Just a 5-minute walk. It is also near to a food court where you can get great local food within 3 minutes of walking. The in-house cafe also offers good food for the breakfast buffet.

Excellent reception staff Ms Wanie serving us. Hotel has given us an upgrade of our stay and a complimentary cake and fruit plater with nicely decorated swans and wording Happy Anniversary to us. A very handwritten from Azion from Front Office Manager welcomed us for our anniversary with all the above mentioned provided to us to made our stay a wonderful experience. Considered as a quite new property located in a not so hectic street with modern minimalist yet functional design, organic head and body toiletteries, fresh and clean towels & bedding, that are ready to welcoming guests to stay in for short business trip as well as long holidays. Local cuisines side by side with international variety in a decent quite modest range are so tempting to satisfy the curious taste buds. A 24 hour - self service - coins laundry stand by in the lower level are really helpful for dirty clothes. Thumbs up!

Strategic location, easy access parking (need to pay since it’s under DBKL but it was PH during my stay so i got to park without paying), fast checkin and checkout (no deposit needed), clean room, good breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry for guests to use (RM 20 for wash + dry). Room service was affordable and easy to order. There is also a spacious and clean prayer room on the top floor which I used after checkout. The complimentary water comes in big glass bottles (which you cannot take from the room), which is eco-friendly.

Great klcc view! Nice soundproof room with exquisite bed & linens. Sitting area by the window was such a mood. Smart tv that allows me to connect with my netflix using mirroring. Got a bluetooth alarm clock. The 2 big glass water bottles really make it feel more luxurious than the usual plastic mineral bottles. Recycle bin was a good thing too. The long mirror was nice because some hotels don't have long mirror. Bathroom was squeaky clean and great water pressure shower. There's a food court beside the hotel and walking distance to convenience stores. The check in and check out was a breeze for me. Thank u!!!

The design of the room maximised the space available. Room was clean and new. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I really loved the facilities especially the laundry room and the surau. I will definitely come back.
